Cosy apartment in a very beautiful small apartmenthouse with community pool in Nerja in Andalusia on the Costa del Sol, near the beach.
Fuentes de Nerja is a centrally located private complex very close to the Torrecilla beach. This building enjoys one large communal pool open all year and gardens. A short walk takes you to the bustling old part of the town of Nerja with the Balcón de Europa, a favourite site with local people and visitors alike, and many cosmopolitan restaurants, cafes and shops.
The holiday flat comprises a kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, 4 ring hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle. The living room has 2 sofas and a sofa-bed, dining area with seating for 8. There is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with a bath, bidet, wash basin and WC. The holiday home also has a TV with Spanish, English, German and French channels.
Outside off the lounge there is a sunny terrace with side sea views, a small table and chairs.
