The lovely andalusian furnished Apartments Manuel are situated in a little apartmenthouse in the historical centre of Almunecar in the Province Granada on the Costa Tropical, only 70 m away from the nice beach. The House which has been opened in the year 2004 consits of 9 holiday flats and is located in the pedestrian zone in the old town. Shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach are nearby. The holiday homes are all furnished similarly and are disposed of one bedroom, one shower room, a living room with dining area and a little kitchen with a ceramic hob, a washing machine, a microwave and a fridge. The living room has an access to the little balcony. There are also air condition with individual possibility to adjust the heating and a television with on english channel, two german channels and spanisch TV. One of the apartments is completely suitable for invalids. The lovely holiday homes consists of only one bedroom. But there is also enough space for four persons, because in the living room there is a big double sofabed (2 x 2 m). Furthermore can be ordered a baby cot, if it is necessary.
